Hi there! It's Dawn, and I'm so happy to be reconnecting after an extended time in the studio and tending to life's little matters that arise from time to time. Time seems to be flying these days and I hope you are navigating this time of great change well.
​
My deepest thanks and appreciation to you to those of you who have sent well wishes during my one-year artist residency. I was fortunate to spend the year creating as part of the Suzie Viemeister Emerging Artist in Residence at the Bower Center for the Arts in Bedford, Virginia.
​
I'm writing today to share with all of you the opening of "Blue Ridge Blessings: Epiphany & an Echoed Invitation," a new collection of soul of place paintings and photographs inspired by experiences along the Blue Ridge Parkway and the spirit of life rising up from the woodland trails and mountains I love.

Join me in this celebration of life and art from the soul for the soul.

SOLO SHOW OPENS 11/22/22 November 22, 2022 - January 31, 2023

There are 47 works included in this collection are from the following series: Bedford Town, Give Me Liberty!, Claytor Callings, Parkway Perspectives, and Natural Persuasion. Also included are Virginia Is for Lovers digital photography selections and the Color of Conviction black and white photography series.

While I hope you can stop by and see the show, I know many of you live further away. I hope to offer a walk-through of the show at tge open house event in December, so look for that! Click the links to shop originals and art prints from the new collection.

Silver pearlescent miniatures are available for many of the works making the art affordable for anyone. Sales of originals support the Bower Center for the Arts. Contact for shipping costs on originals and consider art prints for holiday gifts.
